    • If you are sick please stay home to protect yourself and others.

  • This practice is for YOU. You are not obligated to follow any instruction which may cause discomfort.

  • Anyone can ask anyone to engage in mindful movement. You are not entitled to dance/move with anyone without consent. It’s okay to say no in a polite manner.

  • Aerials are not permitted in social dance at Pearl Street Studio. And dips should be done with caution, regardless of your skill level/comfort. If an injury occurs, report it to the Organizer.
